Sirius Renewable is engaged in the business of solar and wind power generation, energy storage system, hybrid energy solutions, and driving decarbonization initiatives.

SRPPL team specializes, leveraging the expertise and extensive experience gained from developing and operating renewable energy power plants. Sirius Renewable primarily focuses on the development and building of 3 GW renewable energy assets by 2030 in solar and wind, including both utility-scale and corporate, industrial, hybrid, FDRE projects, and battery energy storage systems.

Incorporation

The Beginning of Our Renewable Energy Journey

Sirius Renewable Power Private Limited was incorporated in 2022 with a vision to accelerate India’s clean energy transition through innovative renewable energy solutions. Headquartered in Gurugram, Haryana, the company was founded with the objective of developing world-class solar, wind, hybrid, and battery energy storage projects. During this foundational year, Sirius established its technical expertise, built a strong leadership team, and laid the groundwork for delivering sustainable energy infrastructure across the country.

2023

5 MW Solar Park, Tamil Nadu

Our First Successful Solar Milestone

In 2023, Sirius Renewable successfully delivered its first 5 MW Solar EPC Project in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, marking an important milestone in our growth journey. The project included complete pre-feasibility studies, detailed project reports (DPR), engineering and design, procurement of key components including PV modules, inverters, and solar trackers, along with quality assurance throughout construction. The successful commissioning of the project demonstrated our capability to execute high-quality renewable energy projects from planning to completion.

2024

20 MW Solar Park, Maharashtra

Expanding Our Renewable Energy Footprint

Building on our early success, Sirius Renewable expanded its presence by developing a 20 MW Solar Park at Deoli, Wardha (Maharashtra). The project involved securing 20 MW grid connectivity from MSETCL, acquiring approximately 80 acres of land, obtaining all statutory approvals for power evacuation, and constructing the required 33 kV transmission infrastructure. Through comprehensive technical planning and legal due diligence, the project strengthened our position as a reliable renewable energy development partner.

2025

100 MW Solar Park, Maharashtra

Scaling Renewable Energy Development

In 2025, Sirius Renewable achieved another major milestone by developing a 100 MW Solar Park at Nardana, Dhule (Maharashtra). The project included obtaining 100 MW grid connectivity, identifying and leasing over 425 acres of land, conducting detailed technical and legal feasibility studies, and executing turnkey EPC works for transmission infrastructure. This large-scale project reflected our growing expertise in utility-scale renewable energy development and reinforced our commitment to delivering sustainable power solutions across India.

1425 MW Under Construction and Pipeline (Maharashtra & Gujarat)

Accelerating Towards Large-Scale Renewable Growth

In 2026, Sirius Renewable significantly expanded its development pipeline with 1425 MW of renewable energy projects under construction across Maharashtra and Gujarat. These projects include large-scale solar parks supported by advanced engineering, land acquisition, grid connectivity, regulatory approvals, and power evacuation planning. Our experienced team continues to execute these projects with a focus on quality, efficiency, and sustainability, bringing us closer to our long-term vision of developing 3 GW of renewable energy assets by 2030.
